The two audio files below, each just under seven minutes, can be left-clicked to stream or right-clicked to download. Experiment with them to see how best they serve you. Some people may be brought more into their awareness with the musical background track, while others may prefer just the sound of the voice.

Experiment, as well, with speed. In order not to leave too much blank space, I spoke rather quickly at points where you might prefer longer stretches of quiet surfing time. Pausing and resuming, to fit your own rhythm, may prove the most effective.
